Damaged round received 😕

Love velocity ammunition sales, love their variety, and their prices, but I would say that shipping conditions for a few of my recent orders have been a little lackluster to be fair. It hasn't been uncommon to receive a damaged shipping box with some banged up product boxes and loose rounds rolling around inside (despite paying a little extra for the "shipping protection") however, shipping is always speedy and complete, so I usually pay it no mind - until this last order, where I noticed that one of my 10mm Underwood XTP boxes was so severely smashed in that I found a round that had the projectile actually pushed into the casing by several millimeters. Funny thing is, this time, the shipping box seemed fine, so the box of ammo might have been smashed up before it was shipped out - can't say for certain of course. Again, I don't sweat the small stuff, but I found this a tad disappointing.
