Not what i ordered, and the price went down after ?

Ordered a SEALED case ,received ten bricks wrapped in clear plastic with rolled over corners, a few days after i placed my order the price went down bt 18 dollars , this is my second order maybe third time is the charm. PS this is second time i am writing this review!
