This DEWC is a good practice ammo. I did put it thru my F-1 Chrony, using 2 revolvers: 4” 686 and a 6” 686. I put 25 rounds thru each gun. The 4” averaged 687 FPS, the 6” averaged 743 FPS. All rounds fired and ejected. This was thru my guns, your speeds may vary.
