The Lawman is one of the few lines that are all TMJ what that means is that the bullet is fully enclosed in copper a FMJ has an open back. The open back spews out some lead dust when it is fired this can be an issue when used indoors. The solution is the TMJ total metal jacket, there is a lot of confusion about this and I asked my concealed carry instructor about the difference and he did not know. I actually took two cartridges apart and verified that the TMJ was fully enclosed. They were out of my 9mm size but the 380 was for my wife, now she said she preferred the flat headed fmj she had been firing but from the no lead dust standpoint I think she can adjust she has been shooting 6 times and at 30 feet had about an 8 spread. So the ammo cannot be that bad she usually has groups of 2 or 3 that overlap each other.

I initially picked up a box of this from the local big box store for the first 50 rounds through a factory fresh PPK/S. Anyone interested in PPKs know they are notoriously picky on ammo. After finishing the box without even a hint of an issue, I found a great price on Velocity's website and snagged up 15 boxes of this stuff. Had an issue with UPS and reached out to Velocity. I was able to get the issue sorted w/ UPS myself but Velocity responded to emails and seemed ready to help if it ever got to that point. Good experience.
