The KCI USA 100-Round Drum Magazine is a high-capacity magazine designed to dramatically increase ammunition capacity for rifles chambered in 5.56×45 mm NATO / .223 Remington. Unlike standard 30-round box magazines, this drum is built to hold up to 100 rounds in a single unit—a capacity that significantly extends shooting sessions without frequent reloads.

These magazines cannot be sold to customers in the following states. CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT and WA.
