This cartridge is loaded with a 70-grain solid copper, lead-free hollow point projectile — the High Energy Retaining Ordnance (HERO) Maximum Expansion bullet by Lehigh Defense, built around Lehigh’s Maximum Expansion Technology to create some of the largest wound channels available in a 9mm projectile. These cavernous hollow points are engineered to expand upon contact with a fluid-based medium through hydraulic energy, but they do not expand on dry mediums like wood, drywall, bone, or sheet metal — meaning the bullet passes through common barriers cleanly and reserves its expansion for the moment it actually matters. 9mm Underwood is packaged in boxes of 20 Rounds.
